The building form closely follows the sorting and distribution function – the sorting hall and loading bay constitute the main ‘body’ while the offices, canteen and ancillary uses form the ‘head’.

Ground floor level houses a restaurant, retail units and own door offices. Sub-dividable open plan office space is accommodated at the upper levels. The courtyard is formed by a series of terraces at incremental levels enclosed at the far end by a multi-storey car park.

Beacon South Quarter


Whilst under construction, BSQ was one of the largest developments of it’s kind being undertaken in Europe. The retail units, offices and apartments encompass two principle public open spaces: the Courtyard & the Plaza. Private terraces, at higher level, are linked by bridges and walkways. Parking is located in the triple storey basement car park with retail units being serviced by means of the below ground service road.

The renovation and alteration of a retail warehouse to accommodate the showroom and workshops of a leading brand motor dealership in Drogheda.

Imaginosity


The Republic of Irelands first Children’s Museum. An interactive environment where children are encouraged to learn through play. The 2 exhibition floors above are explored via the feature stairs which circumscribe a triple height space housing the children’s climber – a 3D wonderland which leads all the way up to the roof.

Pallas Foods Dublin


The two storey office hub is flanked by a refrigerated warehouse on one side, with temperatures as low is -20 degrees Celsius, and a dry goods warehouse on the other. The combined warehouse areas could cover approximately 7 football pitches.
