Whilst under construction, BSQ was one of the largest developments of it’s kind being undertaken in Europe.
The retail units, offices and apartments encompass two principle public open spaces: the Courtyard & the Plaza. Private terraces, at higher level, are linked by bridges and walkways. Parking is located in the triple storey basement car park with retail units being serviced by means of the below ground service road.
